We take pride in our work and the projects we get involved with, whether these are our own self designed developments or bespoke projects in partnership with our clients.

Attention to detail from start to finish is our mantra and service levels do not cease as soon as completion takes place. We all know that certain snags can occur in the first 12 months following completion, whether these are due to drying out cracking in paint or plaster work, or minor teething problems with systems and services. As such we always offer a 6 and 12 month maintenance and repair service where we will come along and rectify any such post completion issues completely free of charge and at times that suit your own busy schedules. This service is in addition to any rights you have under any of the national new home warranty schemes run by the NHBC, LABC, Premier or others that we can provide as standard with our new homes.

We have experience in building to the code of sustainable homes and other regulatory framework agreements. In addition we go the extra mile to ensure we are seen as a conscientious builder not just by box ticking to comply with government or industry sponsored schemes, but by ensuring neighbours and others directly affected by our works are regularly contacted and their concerns addressed.
